Willow's Cove Salon offers a warm, beautifully designed environment that works as a backdrop as well as it does as a salon. With natural textures, curated lighting, and a laid-back luxury aesthetic, it's a setting that elevates whatever you bring to it.
Whether you're hosting a brand pop-up, a private workshop, or a styled photoshoot, the space adapts to your needs with ease.

How It Works
Full Space Rental
The entire salon is available for exclusive use on Sundays and Mondays. Ideal for private events, photoshoots, bridal prep, product launches, and intimate gatherings. Venue capacity (125 guests)
Vendor / Pop-Up Section
During regular salon business days, a designated section of the salon is available for vendors and brand activations. A great option for beauty brands, product demos, or service pop-ups that want foot traffic.
Rental minimums: 1–2 days depending on event type
Booking window: All rentals must be booked a minimum of 48 hours in advance
Blackout dates: Major holidays and previously scheduled salon events

Note on alcohol:
Alcohol is permitted with prior approval. Renters are responsible for compliance with local regulations and must carry appropriate event liability insurance covering liquor liability.
We reserve the right to decline any event that does not align with the values and environment of Willow's Cove Salon
Rental Guidelines
Setup & breakdown is the renter's responsibility
Noise curfew: All events must wrap by 11:00 PM
Outside furniture and décor are welcome
Food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted
Renters may bring their own equipment — just coordinate in advance
A staff member may be present during your rental; if dedicated on-site staffing is needed, this can be arranged for an additional fee
Salon products are not included in the rental
Venue capacity 125 guests
Pricing & Deposits
Rental pricing is customized based on event type, duration, and date. We offer hourly, half-day, and full-day rates
To receive a quote, please inquire directly — we'll respond within 24–48 hours
A refundable security deposit is required to hold your date
A cleaning fee applies to all rentals
Recurring bookings (monthly workshops, etc.) may qualify for a discounted rate — just ask
Full refund on deposit if cancelled 48+ hours before your event

Yes. All renters are required to carry a general liability insurance policy (minimum $1M) naming Willow's Cove Salon as an additional insured. This protects both parties and is standard practice for private event rentals.

Yes. A rental agreement must be signed prior to confirming your booking.

Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the event receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.
